I am giving TrustRadius for Buyers a rating of 8/10 because it is very easy to locate or search for a review of software or product. Other than that, the user interface of TrustRadius for Buyers is really beautiful. I feel there is space for some improvements like the UI in "for vendors" section and the marketing and hence deducted two points out of 10.

I would highly recommend TrustRadius to someone who is researching a new product or software they need for their business. There is all the information a new customer would need such as reviews, videos, and other similar products, and everything is presented in a clean look. The page of a product does not look distracting or cluttered with unnecessary information. For someone who is looking for information about a new product, the TrustRadius page includes pricing and or fees associated with it. Overall, it is hard to not recommend TrustRadius to any business owner who is in need of researching a new product.

Generally speaking, the reviews on TrustRadius for Buyers are consistent, high quality, and reliable. The only point that makes me and others in my company question the transparency of some reviews is that reviewers are sometimes provided with tangible incentives to write reviews. Otherwise, we rely on TrustRadius for Buyers as one of the KPIs when evaluating a product to add to our tech stack or replace an existing one.

Because it's always nice to get a comprehensive overview of what others say about the software before purchasing.

Overall it's a well-designed platform that is easy to use and credible.

This is a very useful service because it helps me make purchasing decisions based on other people’s experiences and I get to learn the positives and negatives of a wide array of products as well as learn about other products that I might not have known about previously so it introduces me to other viable options.

TrustRadius is excellent at posting opinions and experiences. I for one use them as tools to make decisions on software purchases. I think they fall short at this time on internet search exposure. It's not the first thing that you see... possibly because it's new? Maybe we need to give it more time to accumulate more reviews?

This is a go-to site for product reviews. It is like purchasing from Amazon. Actual customer opinions/reviews are most valuable. Plus, IT people usually love to express their opinion in length, which is what you want before spending large sums of money on a product you never used before.

I am giving TrustRadius a 10 out of 10 because of the organization of the information that is provided. The information of all the reviews are displayed and formatted in the same format, so this gives the reader some formality. Reviews are very very solid, and are more than helpful. TrustRadius is a great source to use to validate some of your personal research about a software.

The staff is helpful and I believe the reviews are honest. There are lots of reviews to browse from and if you have questions you can get more information on them.

I believe it is a reliable service that worked well for me. However, because I have only used it once, I do not feel very devoted and cannot base my opinion entirely on a single use of the service. If my experience continues to be positive, I will raise my rating.

I think TrustRadius is a very easy-to-use platform that is a low barrier to entry. You can utilize most and the tools and functions without a log-in. In addition, the user reviews are mostly very well put together and there is a good vetting process to ensure they are authentic. The competitive analysis capabilities are great as well.

While I’d love to see a few additional features become available, what it does offer is so valuable. Nothing is perfect and there are always ways to improve, but TrustRadius is the best out there.

I find TrustRadius to have a "cleaner" and more bold user interface. It's easy to quickly read through several reviews and get a general idea of what people think of the software. It's such a basic thing but I really enjoy the "pros and cons" being color highlighted so you can easily see them at a glance.

Also, having review summaries to start with option to look at a full review by clicking through is great. You're not bombarded with a ton of information. If you see something that sparks your interest then it's easy to find a way to look further into it.

The reviews are pretty good. As always, some are much more helpful and detailed so there is always a mixed bag of results. I like to use TrustRadius to validate some of my research as well and I can usually find someone that has addressed a particular area that I was questioning.

Honestly, it may have some improovements areas, but I don't know any other information provider that has this wide range of products and categories, deep of information and agnostic point of view based on your neutral gathering process. For sure is my first point of research to have valuable information in a glance.

TrustRadius has a large database of platforms and reviews, the product comparisons are useful and it can be used to introduce you to platforms you were unaware of through the "Alternatives" section. They also provide tips for how to approach product purchases and materials for communicating the importance of a platform/comparisons within your company.

TrustRadius provides the most reports and reviews, and provides both quantitative and qualitative testimonials and scoring. I am new to TrustRadius and cannot provide tips for other buyers.

It's simple. Really, that's the key to being good. It's simple and easy to use. Zero marketing hype. Just real people talking about what they love and hate. What more can you ask for? Plus the people are real. Not some fake review with a stock photo. Other places seem to have reviews with more broken English. I want to make sure I see real people. I know I have said that a few times. But for me it's a huge deal.
